Hezi Lapid

Hezi Lapid, Chairman of the Board and CEO of Axerra Networks, is an acclaimed senior manager in the telecommunications industry. Among other positions, he was most recently President and CEO of InnoWave-ECI Wireless Systems (acquired by Alvarion) and also held the positions of General Manager of the Network Systems Division and Corporate Vice President at ECI. Prior to managing InnoWave, Hezi was CEO of C. Mer Industries. Mr. Lapid holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and a Master's degree in Management and Information Sciences from Tel Aviv University.
Asher Avital

Asher Avital, the CFO of Axerra Networks, has over 15 years of financial experience in high-tech companies. Prior to joining Axerra, Asher worked for 9 years as the Chief Economist at RAD Data Communications, where he also furnished his financial expertise to the start-up companies of the RAD Group, including Ceragon Networks, Radwin, Wisair, Axerra Networks, Sanrad and more. Prior to RAD, Asher worked as an economist in the office of Israel’s Chief Scientist of the Ministry of Industry and Trade. Asher holds a BA in Economics and Business Administration from the Hebrew Uuniversity in Jerusalem and an MBA, specializing in finance and accounting, from Tel Aviv University.
Alex Tal

Alex Tal has over 15 years of experience in the research and development of telecommunications and data communications systems. He is an accomplished technology and architecture innovator who has played key roles in the development of world class highly-esteemed technologies as Co-Founder, Former CTO and VP R&D of EZchip Technologies which established EZchip as the world leader in high-speed network processors. Alex has four patents in the areas of Network Processor Architecture and Algorithms. Alex holds a BSc with honors in Electrical Engineering from the Technion-Israel Institute of Technology.
Guy Kronenthal

Guy Kronenthal comes to Axerra with over 15 years of experience in the telecommunication and data communication markets. Over this period Guy served in a broad range of technical and management positions in privately held startups and global public communication companies. Before joining Axerra, Guy was head of the Carrier Ethernet Transport (CET) R&D division of Nokia Siemens Networks where he was responsible for the development of NSN's next generation CET platform. Guy has a number of patents in the areas of data networking. Guy holds a BSc with honors in Physics and Computer Science from Tel-Aviv University.
Reinhard (Reini) Florin

Reini Florin comes to Axerra Networks with over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications sector developing sales growth in both public and private companies. Prior to joining Axerra, Reini was Vice President of Marketing at SilverStorm Technologies, which was acquired by Qlogic Corporation in October 2006. Prior to SilverStorm, Reini was the Wireless CTO and VP of Global Wireless Sales at Carrier Access Corporation and was Executive VP Sales and Marketing at Paragon Networks, which was acquired by Carrier Access in 2003. Reini has held various positions in sales, marketing, and business development at both Lucent and Siemens. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Ball State University and MBA studies from the University of South Florida.

Gil Itkin has over 15 years' experience and a superior track record in serving the telecommunications market throughout the Asia-Pacific region. Prior to joining Axerra Networks, Gil served as Managing Director, APAC of XACCT Technologies, Ltd., where he was instrumental in expanding sales and establishing strategic partnerships with major telecommunications companies. Previously, Gil was General Manager of RAD Data Communications Far East, where he was responsible for sales and marketing of telecommunications solutions. He holds an engineering degree from Tel Aviv University and a B.A. in Asian Studies from The Hebrew Univerity of Jerusalem.

Yaniv Pichoto has more than 10 years of experience building operations and outsourcing activities for several high-tech companies. Before joining Axerra, Yaniv served as VP Operations at Dmatek (LSE-DTK), building an infrastructure for business delivery growth from $3M per quarter to more than $10M per quarter, and being responsible for the operational aspects of several mergers and acquisitions. Prior to Dmatek, Yaniv served as operations manager at Azimuth Technologies for three years. Yaniv holds a BSc degree in Industrial Engineering from Coventry University and a Diploma from TIM (Technion Institutute of Management), which specializes in global executive management growth.
Rachel Zussman

Rachel Zussman has over 13 years of experience in various positions in Occupational Psychology and Human Resources. Before joining Axerra, Rachel served as VP of Human Resources at Bynet Data Communication (Rad-Bynet group), as Head of the Recruitment Department at Pelephone Communication, and as a Pyschologist at Adam Institute (diagnostic institute). Rachel holds a B.A. in Psychology and Educational Counseling as well as M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Tel Aviv University.
